Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing times may be extended. We will notify customers of any delays via email.
- If your order includes pre-order items, your order will ship when all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Flat Rate Shipping: $6 for all orders under $100.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 ship for free.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
