• You'll select your main colors, and I’ll coordinate fabrics to complement your choices.
• I’ll send you a photo of the fabric selections for approval before I begin sewing.
• Because each piece is crafted individually, small variations in stitching and fabric placement are part of the charm.

Payment: 

• Full payment is required at checkout to begin your order.
• Once payment is received, your item will move to production.

Production Time:

• Custom items are handmade with care. Please allow approximately 1 week for your order to be completed before shipping. 

Returns & Exchanges:

• Because this pouch is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale. 
• If there is an issue with your order (wrong item sent or damage in transit), please contact me right away so I can help make it right. 

Creative Rights: 

• I may share photos of custom pieces on social media or use the design for future inspiration.
